INTRODUCTION 
Initial contact will be spent understanding needs, time, date and location.
Provide sample ceremonies, poems etc.

1ST MEETING
Choose and discuss ceremony, rehearsal date, cost and refund policy
Receive deposit.

2nd MEETING
To check completed ceremony, make changes if necessary, meet with all participants (if desired) and arrange rehearsal date.

PREPERATION of CEREMONY AND DOCUMENTS       

CEREMONY AND SETUP                                          

Travel costs of $2.00 per km apply if venue or meeting locations exceed 20 kms each way.

REFUND POLICY:

In the case of a refund due to unforeseen circumstances such as death in family, and the ceremony is cancelled the actual ceremony and setup fee will be refunded any other refund of monies will be determined by what has been performed and completed.

A refund will also be given if due to illness or any serious reason I am unable to perform the ceremony and ceremony is cancelled.
